Wallet errors, compromised keys, malicious contracts, network congestion and irreversible transactions can cause permanent loss. PAIP cannot reverse blockchain activity.
Prices may be manipulated, concentrated holders may sell, automated trading may create extreme volatility and public statements can be misleading.
Names, tickers, logos and websites can be copied. Only the exact contract address and direct link published on paip.info should be treated as official after launch.
Availability, classification, reporting and tax treatment differ by jurisdiction and can change. Each participant is responsible for independent advice and compliance.
